Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located right next to the Zambezi River. The rooms were exceptionally clean and offered stunning views, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. However, there are certainly areas for improvement, particularly with modernizing the bathrooms and updating some amenities. The dining experience was impressive with a diverse buffet, though I wish there were more vegetarian options available. Overall, a lovely experience but a few aspects could be refined.
My stay at Elephant Hills Zimbabwe was truly memorable. The immaculately maintained grounds and the wildlife roaming around the property added a unique charm. I was also impressed with the range of activities available, although some came with a hefty price tag. The friendly staff and fantastic facilities made our trip enjoyable, yet the cost of some experiences did leave me wishing for more value for money.
I had a generally wonderful experience at the hotel. The food was fantastic, and the staff provided excellent service. However, there are a few areas that could really use some updates, like the bathrooms and air conditioning. Overall, it’s a great place for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
My experience at Elephant Hills Hotel was mostly positive. The rooms were clean, and the service was quite good overall, though I had a hiccup with being initially assigned an occupied room. I enjoyed the food during my stay, but I found the refrigerators in the rooms not cold enough. While the location was excellent, they could use some improvements in their bathroom facilities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the setting was beautiful, the room I stayed in left much to be desired, as it was in need of some serious upgrades. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive, and I ran into issues with unexpected charges. However, the grounds featured entertaining wildlife, which added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you manage your expectations regarding the accommodations.
I had an amazing stay at Elephant Hills. The friendly staff made me feel welcome right from the start, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The rooms were comfortable and offered beautiful views, but the pricing could be more appealing for locals. The dining options were varied, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast offerings. One little drawback was that the pool area, while pleasant, had some debris floating at times due to its outdoor nature. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay during my visit to Victoria Falls.
My stay at Elephant Hills was fantastic, with warm greetings from the staff every time I crossed paths with them. The breakfast options were plentiful and flavorful, and the pool area provided a peaceful retreat. Although I found some of the room furnishings a bit dated, the ambiance and comfort made up for it. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, making it an overall excellent value for the experience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which boasts beautiful grounds and stunning views of the falls and golf course. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, my sleep quality wasn’t ideal due to the heat and noise from the air conditioning. The lack of power sockets in the bar area was a small inconvenience, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!
I had an amazing stay with a warm welcome from the staff, who truly seemed dedicated to make my experience unforgettable. The hotel is conveniently close to the breathtaking Victoria Falls, offering a complimentary shuttle service to explore the area. While the rooms were tidy and had strong WiFi, they were a bit dated and could use some updating. The dining options were fantastic, providing a large variety of delicious food. Overall, it’s a great value for money, although the room's interior could definitely use a refresh.
